we did a sushi night with the young women i work with at church. we learned a little about japanese culture and then we had a great demonstration on how to make sushi and miso soup from Yumi Hardy. all of the girls had the opportunity to make their own sushi roll. most of the girls had never tried sushi before. some of them liked it and some of them didn't... but i was proud of them for trying it.
we had a blast.
So fun! I bet the YW really enjoyed it!
